Meet The Chef

Born in Modena, the world capital of handmade pasta, Vittorio left investment banking to pursue the culinary arts. He refined his skills in France, Chile, England, and Michelin-starred restaurants, also working as a chef on luxury yachts and in the French Alps. Later, he became a personal chef for a prestigious family in Los Angeles. Since 2010, he has lived in Costa Rica with his wife and daughter.

Vittorio's competitors are not local restaurants or other chefs, but the grandmothers of his clients, as he aims to recreate their cherished childhood memories.
